Important Note: (PLEASE READ)

1. This position “requires” a “prior” federal and state “licensing”. Therefore, applicants with backgrounds “outside the real estate mortgage industry” (such as finance, credit unions, banking, personal loans, etc.) will NOT be considered

2. This Mortgage Loan “Broker” position requires candidates to pass the Secure and Fair Enforcement (SAFE) exam. Simply registering and obtaining an NMLS number is not sufficient. Applicants who have not passed the SAFE exam will NOT be considered

3. In addition to the SAFE exam, Mortgage Loan Brokers must also meet each state’s requirements (such as background check, education, and other state-specific regulations) for VA, FL, or TX. Candidates who do not hold a VA, FL, or TX (SML) "state" license in NMLS will NOT be considered

4. If you meet the first and second requirements, you may apply for this position. At that point, we can begin the interview and onboarding process on a conditional basis. However, state licensing (the third requirement) must be met before sponsorship and loan origination can begin.
