Our goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can thrive and grow. We currently serve child/adolescent, family/parents and individuals struggling with various mental health disorders. We pride ourselves on being an accepting place for all people.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, families, or parents/co-parents
ā¢ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
ā¢ Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
ā¢ Collaborate with the team as needed for referrals and consultations.
ā¢ Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients and/or families
ā¢ Diagnose client mental and emotional disorders
ā¢ Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation
ā¢ Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance
ā¢ Create a non-judgmental space for all people
Qualifications
ā¢ Licensed to practice in North Carolina (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
ā¢ Experience in individual (children or adults), family, or parenting therapy preferred.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage a remote schedule.
ā¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
ā¢ Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and license requirements within the field
