Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Mental Health Therapist Clearview Mental Health is a looking for a licensed mental health therapist to join our behavioral health organization remotely in North Carolina. At Clearview, our mission is to make mental health care more accessible to those who need it most. We provide compassionate outpatient therapy for adults and adolescents, focusing on evidence-based care and a supportive environment for our clinicians. As a member of our team, you'd have the flexibility of private practice without the administrative burden. We provide a steady flow of client referrals to build your desired caseload and handle all of the backend operations. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering client-centered care. Responsibilities • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to adults and/or adolescents via telehealth • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Deliver ongoing psychotherapy sessions and track measurable progress toward treatment goals • Collaborate with other mental health and medical professionals as needed for integrated care • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards Requirements • Active license in North Carolina as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC • 2+ years of experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient or telehealth setting • Demonstrated ability to support clients from diverse backgrounds • Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a supportive clinical team Ideal Candidates • Passionate about accessible, client-centered care • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented • Excited to be part of a growing, mission-driven organization Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $40,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
