Key Responsibilities
ย Conduct comprehensive intake assessments with clients and their family members, utilizing appropriate materials to continually evaluate client needs and the suitability of available services.
ย Develop individualized treatment and behavioral plans, overseeing their implementation to ensure effective care.
ย Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of clients, fostering their emotional and behavioral well-being.
ย Document service delivery meticulously, including treatment goals, progress notes, and billing information.
ย Utilize a variety of treatment modalities to enhance clientsย emotional stability and functioning.
Required Qualifications
ย A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of direct clinical practice post-licensure.
ย A Master's degree in a Mental Health field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
ย Current licensure/certification as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
ย Medicare credentialed.
ย Ability to complete and pass necessary clearances, including FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and State Criminal Check.
ย Must provide current medical and health documentation, including a physical examination, Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test, and CPR/First Aid certification.
