To be considered for employment at Talkspace, therapists and counselors must authenticate their qualifications by providing relevant certifications and licenses:
Ā A clinical license, which is approved by a state board, enables professionals to operate autonomously in their field, without fear of consequences or legal complications
Ā A liability insurance policy can be a wise investment for individuals in high-risk fields
Ā The submission of a CAQH form that has been carefully filled in and signed
Ā Individual NPI number

Compensation:
We value transparency in pay at Talkspace. For every live session conducted, our therapists will receive a remuneration of $67.90 hourly. If the session is short, the pay will be adjusted. Additionally, asynchronous messaging rates will vary, based on the subscription plan of the client.
