About Us
Living Hope Mental Health Counseling is a high-performing, evidence-based group practice serving adults across New York State via a fully remote platform. We specialize in anxiety, trauma, addiction, and depression. Our clinical team draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for the people we serve.
We have built our practice around a simple principle: clinicians do their best work when the operational burden is off their plate. Billing, marketing, insurance, documentation infrastructure — we handle it. You focus on the therapy.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time, fully remote NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team. This is a W-2 position with a flexible schedule, strong support systems, and a clear path for clinicians who want to grow with the company.
We are looking for therapists (LMHC) who can hold a caseload of a minimum of 15+ clients per week up to 30 clients.
Responsibilities
• Provide individual therapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and drive measurable clinical progress
• Maintain timely, high-quality documentation
• Collaborate with a team that values accountability and ongoing development
Requirements
• Active LMHC license in New York State
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Strong clinical skills with experience in evidence-based treatment
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 29 clients per week. Minimum of 15 clients on a caseload.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to clinical growth
Compensation and Benefits
