Responsibilities
Ā• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Ā• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
Ā• Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that align with their needs.
Ā• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
Ā• Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence.
Ā• Provide guidance on HIPAA regulations as they pertain to insurance products.
Ā• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Ā• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations.

Requirements
Ā• Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments.
Ā• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs.
Ā• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ā• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
Ā• A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
