Licensed Life and Health Insurance Broker
BiG Agency is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Life and Health Insurance Broker to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide professional advice on life and health insurance products, ensuring they receive quality coverage and excellent service tailored to their individual situations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Work directly with clients to identify their insurance needs
ā¢ Provide professional advice on life and health insurance products
ā¢ Help clients make informed decisions
ā¢ Guide clients through the complexities of insurance options
ā¢ Ensure clients receive quality coverage and excellent service tailored to their individual situations
Skills
ā¢ Valid Life and Health Insurance License
ā¢ Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably as a broker or agent
ā¢ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and coverage options
ā¢ Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
ā¢ Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes
