Our Licensed Insurance Representatives are a very important part of our family. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your Responsibilities
As a Licensed Insurance Representatives, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
Β Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Β Provide excellent customer service through active listening
Β Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
Β Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding
Β Appropriately communicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed
Β Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms, assisting the customer with the correct price plan
Β Compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning

Β Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
Β 6 months Customer service experience preferred
Β Over 18 years of age
Β Ability to type 25 wpm
Β High School Graduate or GED
Β Comfort with desktop computer system
Β Proven oral & written communication skills
Β Logical problem-solving skills
Β Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
Β Organization and work prioritizing skills
Β Possess an active home state Property & Casualty License
