Duties
Proactively sell health, dental, and vision insurance policies to individuals and families, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Develop and maintain a robust client base through strategic referrals and lead generation efforts.
Provide personalized consultations, assessing client needs to recommend suitable insurance products that align with their goals.
Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and premiums, ensuring clients understand their options.
Process applications, manage policy changes, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Consistently maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activity and client interactions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services, or the ability to learn quickly.
Proficiency with CRM platforms to manage leads, track progress, and stay organized.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Experience in high-volume sales, call center environments, or telemarketing is highly advantageous.
