Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Agents to join our growing team specializing in Final Expense sales. This is a fully remote opportunity with company-provided leads, allowing you to focus on what you do best—closing sales and helping clients secure peace of mind for their families.
Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on Final Expense insurance options
• Recommend suitable coverage based on client needs
• Complete applications and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations
Qualifications:
• Active Life Insurance License in at least 6 states
• (Priority states: TN, NC, TX, GA, AZ, SC, IN, KY, MO)
• Must have Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance
• Must have a valid AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Training Certificate
• Proven sales experience in Final Expense or life insurance preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentCompensation:
Commission-based only + option to transition into base pay plus commission when KPIs are met
• Commission - based only: $100 per sale + $200 - $800 weekly bonus
• Base pay + Commission: $15 per hour + $50 commission per sale
