Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain various insurance products and services.
Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to recommend appropriate coverage options.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements.
Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance to ensure best practices.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or customer service.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring.
