As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by providing compassionate and knowledgeable support to individuals seeking health insurance solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of customer service and sales. This includes accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls for follow-ups. You will utilize your strong listening skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to empathize with customers and maintain a high level of integrity, especially regarding HIPAA guidelines, will be essential in building trust and rapport. You will also have the opportunity to identify additional needs and help customers upgrade their products or services, contributing to their overall satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities
• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their personal health and financial needs.

• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including accepting inbound calls and making outbound follow-up calls.

• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner.

• Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products or services.

Requirements
• Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.
,
• High speed internet (> 25 mbps).
,
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience.
,
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
,
• Strong customer service orientation.
,
• High school diploma or equivalent.
,
• Computer experience.
