Phone Interview with Daniel Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Health Insurance Requirements β€’ Currently P&C Licensed β€’ At least 2 years Farmers Insurance Experience β€’ Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred but not required β€’ West Coast (Pacific Time) Preferred but will consider exceptional candidates outside of our time zone. β€’ If not currently Life Licensed, willing to get Life & Health licensed shortly after getting hired. Responsibilities β€’ Assist clients with policy servicing needs, including billing questions, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements. β€’ Conduct Onboarding appointments with new customers. Welcome to the Agency family, ensure all contingency documents are signed and answer any questions regarding coverages. β€’ Actively work and stay current on Alerts with Servicing Team. β€’ Support clients during the claims process, ensuring accurate information is collected and follow-up is completed. β€’ Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system to ensure compliance and organization. β€’ Conduct proactive renewal reviews with clients to maintain high retention and customer satisfaction.
