Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Hands-On Rehab at Home

Compensation: $42-$46 per visit

What You'll Do:
ā¢ Work closely with Occupational Therapists to carry out care plans that help clients adapt, recover, and maintain daily living
ā¢ Use interventions such as adaptive equipment education, fine motor rehab, and cognitive training
ā¢ Encourage functional improvements through consistent client interaction and exercise guidance
ā¢ Join interdisciplinary care planning to ensure coordinated, high-quality services
ā¢ Ensure session documentation meets quality, compliance, and goal-setting standards
Qualifications:
ā¢ Current Minnesota COTA license
ā¢ Reliable vehicle and valid MN driver's license
ā¢ Strong documentation and team communication skills
ā¢ Passion for personalized, meaningful care in the home
