Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions. Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills. Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources. Participate in case reviews and contribute to program development initiatives. Part of a CST Team Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
