Role Overview
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our community health clinic, providing vital mental health services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapy and counseling services to clients both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed about current mental health practices and contribute to program development.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in Texas.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably with diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
