Happier Living is a national clinician-led telehealth practice delivering outpatient behavioral healthcare across 30+ states. Founded in 2011 by a practicing psychiatrist, our mission is to expand access to the highest quality mental healthcare while preserving the depth and integrity of the therapeutic relationship.
Psychotherapy is the core of everything we do. Our multidisciplinary team — Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Clinical Psychologists, and Licensed Therapists — conducts 40-minute weekly recurring sessions, building meaningful, long-term therapeutic alliances with every client. THE ROLE: REMOTE CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
As a Clinical Psychologist at Happier Living, your practice spans four distinct tracks — giving you flexibility, variety, and a clear path for growth:
Clinical — Build long-term therapeutic relationships through individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, and/or group therapy.
Coaching — Work with high-functioning, motivated clients on performance and goal achievement. No diagnosis or charting required.
Mentorship — Guide Nurse Practitioners in developing their psychotherapy skills and therapeutic alliances with clients.
Leadership — Supervise clinicians, lead weekly multidisciplinary Case Conferences, and grow into senior roles within a national practice.
Our national support team handles all scheduling, billing, and administration — so you stay focused on care.
REQUIREMENTS
• PSYPACT credentialed or PSYPACT eligible
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist: PsyD, PhD, or EdD
• Graduate of an APA accredited doctoral program
• Able to practice independently
• Active participation in weekly 40-minute Case Conferences
• Ability to provide evidence-based therapy
• Proficiency with Zoom and EMR systems
• 20–40 clinical hours per week (W2 or 1099)
