Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager (REMOTE (NM))
PAY RATE: $40-41/hr
Only accepting candidates in – Las Cruces or Albuquerque
Responsibilities:
• Ensures patients follow up with mental health or substance use treatment after hospital or ER visits.
• Help meet HEDIS quality measures (basically healthcare quality tracking)
• Provide ongoing care support and guidance
Qualifications:
• Active behavioral health license (LCSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC/LMHC, LMFT, or CADC/SUDP)
• NPI number
• Substance use treatment
• Care management, or related clinical settings
