Library Architect – Design Systems
Job Description:
• Lead the evolution and scalability of an Enterprise Design System
• Ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across products and platforms
• Bridge the worlds of design and development, transforming design principles into robust, reusable, and accessible front-end Figma components
• Collaborate across disciplines—design, engineering, and product—to define resilient, composable assets and patterns that shape how design system consumers build digital experiences
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
• 5 years of proven success leading or architecting a component library in a global or enterprise-scale environment.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and modular UI frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Expertise in design systems, component libraries, and front-end architecture.
• Strong understanding of scalable UI patterns, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks.
• Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Demonstrated ability to construct component APIs that are durable, well-documented, and adaptable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
