Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. • Detail-oriented with a critical thinking mindset. • Proficient in using technology and various software tools for claim processing. • Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations is a plus.
