Join our team as the Compensation and Benefits Specialist. We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented professional to take charge of various responsibilities involving payroll, HMO management, billing, and more. Job Description:
Responsible for all inbound tickets involving payroll/HMO/billing management
Timekeeping management
HMO management
Pre-process payroll up to final approval by the support supervisor
Manage monthly client billing
Communicate with clients regarding VA pay raise
Monitor Direct Hire Spreadsheet
Give updates to the support supervisor regarding billing audit, payroll, and raise status
Address any issues with role responsibilities and suggest improvement plans
Qualifications:
Proven work experience in operations management in a corporate or remote work setting
Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English
Experience in client communication,
Excellent organizational skills
Absolute team player
Ability to work independently
Ability to work under high-pressure
Collaborative mindset to provide regular updates to the Support Supervisor and work collectively towards improvement plans

Rate: $1100 per month
