We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing electronic devices, including cell phones, tablets, and laptops, among other products. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, and other parts.
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest product releases and repair techniques.

Requirements:
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of Apple hardware and software.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in repairs.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in repair (preferred but not required).
