Letter Librarian

Responsibilities: • Prepare and test letters; test sample with business operation prior to production; begin letter production after testing. • Act as liaison for business areas to develop new letters and address letter production issues. • Work with business areas and/or print vendors on letter production issues. • Provide weekly status report and month-end accomplishments on pending letters to manager. • Create and maintain letter library with version control on the SharePoint site and Messagepoint, including a redacted version of all active letters. • Review/audit print vendor invoices prior to submitting to manager. • Review daily letter production to balance total letters generated to total letters ordered. • All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Knowledge of MSP Servicing System. • Strong PC experience, including Adobe Professional, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. • Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Excellent verbal, written, and technical written communication skills. • Precise attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to complete assignments under tight daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. • Ability to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and promptly resolve issues. • Self-motivated and organized; ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines. • Ability to work collaboratively with peers in a team environment to attain common goals. • Ability to work with all levels within the organization. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Desired Skills and Qualifications • 2+ years of letter librarian experience (preferably within mortgage servicing or mortgage banking). Compensation Range: $17.88- $26.73 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.
