Flospitality provides tailored sales and communications for hotels and DMCs, with offices in the USA, Brazil, the UK, Austria, Switzerland, and Germany.

Since our launch ten years ago, we have curated a collection of hotels and DMCs in extraordinary destinations worldwide, chosen for their distinction, understatement, timelessness, and authenticity.

In early 2024, Flospitality USA opened its doors in North America. It now offers leisure sales representation for 20 exceptional hotels and DMCs, acting as an extension of each hotel's sales team.

We are looking for a Leisure Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager to join Flospitality USA.

Following your training within the Senior Management Team, you will maintain personal relationships with key travel trade partners (travel agencies, concierge companies, tour operators, etc.) and drive business towards our clients.

You will join a young, modern, proactive, results-driven, and happy team excited about the company's early growth.

ABOUT YOU

· Possess at least 3 years of experience in hotel sales, travel trade sales (DMC, TO), a sales representation firm, or hotel operations.

· Reside in TX, GA, or FL, within an hour of an international airport.

· Understand the leisure travel trade and distribution channels.

· Have a passion for and curiosity about independent boutique hotels and luxury tourism.

· Be willing and eager to travel across the USA and internationally.

· Be comfortable working from home, demonstrating reliability and self-motivation.

· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Exhibit good time-management, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn.

· Feel confident working independently and creatively.

· Have an ambitious, outgoing, friendly, and proactive personality.

· Hold a valid driver’s license.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Foster strong relationships with the leisure travel trade in the USA through regular communication.

· Make personalized sales calls to engage with travel trade partners.

· Arrange small events such as dinner gatherings and drinks receptions.

· Host webinar training sessions about our hotel portfolio and destinations.

· Represent our clients and Flospitality USA at travel trade shows.

· Assist in organizing roadshow events with up to 10 hotel clients in the market.

· Coordinate and join agent FAM trips to visit hotels and destinations represented by Flospitality.

· Manage incoming hotel stay inquiries from the travel trade, aiming to turn them into bookings, while ensuring prompt and accurate communication between hotels and agents.

· Maintain ongoing, regular communication with our hotel clients.

· Keep the CRM database current and organized.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

· 15 days of PTO plus National Holidays

· Up to 10% bonus based on achieving KPI targets

· Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for evening trade events, meetings, and travel as needed
