About the position Mandarin Oriental is looking for a Leisure Sales Manager to join our Exceptional Homes team. Please note that this position can be 100% remote, from the USA. Responsibilities • Help define the overall vision, strategy, proposition and roadmap for the product launch and beyond. • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with selected key leisure accounts via individual account management sales plans. • Build awareness of the product with the select leisure accounts, organize Fam Trips, events, presentations etc. • Be an ambassador for Mandarin Oriental's customer-first approach. • Support the company's philosophy and culture through the use of Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T as part of ensuring Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement. Requirements • Minimum of 4 years in luxury hospitality looking after leisure accounts, with a demonstrable track record in delivering results. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, charts and statistics. • Strong project and stakeholder management skills. • Creative problem-solving skills, with an ability to think outside of the box. • Strong presentation skills. • Comfortable working in an agile and constantly evolving environment. • Self-starter with the ability to set direction and execute. • Flexibility to work autonomously. • Liaise with Regional Sales Offices worldwide.
