Responsibilities
Ā Transcribing depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ā Processing audio recordings to create verbatim transcripts while adhering to style guides.
Ā Working with legal terminology and maintaining excellent grammar throughout the transcripts.

Requirements
Ā Previous experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.

Ā Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and comprehension.
Ā Comfort collaborating remotely and processing challenging audio/text content.
Ā Ability to pass a background check and familiarity with legal terminology.
Ā Students in court reporting programs will also be considered.
Ā Applicants from Massachusetts and California are currently not eligible.
Equipment Requirements
Ā High-speed internet connection.
Ā Computer or laptop.
Ā Quality noise-canceling headphones.
Ā Windows 10 operating system.
