You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Summary: Supports the effectiveness, readiness, and professional growth of the Legal & Compliance Department by designing, coordinating, and managing department wide training, onboarding, and development programs. This role owns the end to end onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, supports ongoing training initiatives, manages knowledge and documentation assets, and leads department engagement activities that reinforce culture, connection, and operational excellence. This position serves as a central partner to Legal & Compliance leadership, Legal Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, and other cross functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high quality employee experience and strong operational support across the department. This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities. Education: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field (Required) Master's Degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field (Preferred) Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in learning and development, program management, or a related field (Required) Experience supporting a legal, compliance, or highly regulated professional environment strongly preferred. Salary Range: Minimum 44.81/hour - Maximum 71.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
