Legal Technology Solutions Analyst £Excellent Salary – Remote BasedRole The LegalTechnology Solutions Analyst provides operational support for our LegalTechnology tools and services in the Legal Technology team, this includes boththe deal management technology and contract lifecycle / document automationtechnology sides, with additional technologies and services being added as weexpand our toolset. This role will focusprimarily on supporting contract lifecycle / automation services, and willinvolve responding to lawyer and client queries, implementing initiatives andhelping to design and configure technical project solutions. The individual will be expected to engagewith internal clients and key stakeholders to encourage them to achieve greaterefficiencies through the use of legal technologies. The rolerequires an awareness of and a keen interest in areas such as documentautomation, artificial intelligence, web technologies and knowledge andcollaboration in order to advise on and meet our clients’ future needs. Therole would be best suited to an individual from an IT background with aninterest in legal, or an individual from a legal background with an interest inIT. Role and keycompetencies ·Advisestakeholders on how to best use and configure systems to help meet their needs ·Undertakesystem maintenance tasks and admin required to ensure effective of the systems ·Provideregular updates on the progress of work to Team Leads, clients and seniormanagement ·Collaboratewith other subject matter experts, technology suppliers and other departmentsto advise on solutions and troubleshooting ·AssistTeam Leads to produce and maintain various product and client reports ·Undertakeany other responsibilities which come up as part of their role, supportingother departments and project teams as necessary Who we are looking for An interest inadvanced technology A minimum of 2years’ experience in a similar support position or 1 year experience in a legalprofessional (or similar) role Aptitude andwillingness to learn new technology quickly and develop new skills Experience ofsupporting or using document automation technology (e.g. Avvoka or ContractExpress) or web based applications, in particular online datarooms Fora confidential discussion contact James Carrera DigitalData Foundation Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
