Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support in Employment Law matters
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with case documentation, filings, and case organization
• Draft, review, and organize legal correspondence and internal documents
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups with precision
• Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files using U.S. legal standards
• Support compliance with employment-related procedures and documentation requirements
Candidate Profile
• Required: Previous experience working with U.S. law firms
• Experience in Employment Law or related legal areas is strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Ability to communicate professionally with U.S. legal teams and clients
• Comfortable working remotely and integrating into U.S.-based legal workflows
