Legal Software Training Specialist

Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our Customer Education team, supporting Mitratech’s TeamConnect platform. This role is ideal for someone with legal experience interested in transitioning into a training and enablement career . You don’t need to be a professional trainer yet; we will teach you that. What matters most is your ability to understand legal workflows, learn complex systems, and communicate clearly. Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Learn and become proficient in TeamConnect (legal matter management platform) Deliver instructor-led training sessions to clients virtually Collaborate with Product, Services, Support, and CSMs to: Understand new features Translate them into training content Create and maintain training materials: eLearning courses (LMS) Job aids, guides, video tutorials and documentation Manage and organize training logistics: Scheduling sessions Coordinating with clients & Project Managers Maintain and improve LMS content and structure Continuously improve training based on feedback and product updates Requirements & Skills: Required 1+ years of experience in a legal environment (law firm, legal department, or legal services) Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Close attention to detail and organization Ability to learn complex systems quickly Strong time management and ability to work independently Preferred (but not required) Experience explaining processes or training others Experience with legal software or case/matter management systems Experience creating documentation, guides, or SOPs Familiarity with LMS platforms or eLearning tools Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Criminology, Public Administration, Political Science, or related fields.
