We are working with a busy civil litigation/insurance defense law firm in Newport Beach, CA that is seeking experienced Legal Secretaries to join their team!
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Salary range: $65k-$70k/year
Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Job Details
Case type includes all personal injury auto/premises defense work.
Job duties include:
-Handling all aspects of civil litigation timelines and due dates.
-Preparing discovery shells, pleadings, scheduling, filings with the court, trial prep assistance and more.
-State experience required, Federal experience encouraged.
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (Calendar/Tasks).
