Legal Sales Consultant (Remote / 1099 Contractor)
Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 / hour + $50.00 bonus per Trial Case upload.
Commitment: 20 hours per week (Flexible during US Business Hours).
About the Role:
ACD Legal Support provides RN-led clinical auditing for Plaintiff Personal Injury firms. We are looking for a professional "voice" to bridge the gap between our clinical expertise and law firm operations. You will be responsible for navigating gatekeepers, speaking with Office Managers and Attorneys, and onboarding them into our production pipeline.
What You Will Do:
• High-Level Outreach: Use our VOIP system (Grasshopper) and email (Google Workspace) to introduce our services to PI firms.
• The Trial Case Pitch: Your primary goal is to get firms to authorize an account and upload one "Trial Case" for a clinical audit.
• Pipeline Management: Move leads through our simplified sales stages in Airtable (Prospecting > Outreach > Engagement > Trial).
• Automation Monitoring: Manage and respond to interested leads generated through our email automation (Instantly.ai).
Requirements:
• Authoritative Phone Presence.
• Aptitude for Clinical Concepts
• Process Oriented
The Growth Path:
This begins as a 90-day trial period (1099 Contractor). Upon successful completion of the trial (based on volume and conversions), we will discuss transitioning to a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time role (W2 or 1099 based on preference).
