About Us

Pippin Title is building the first fully autonomous title search platform—transforming how property ownership data is accessed, analyzed, and delivered. By combining proprietary datasets with advanced AI systems, we are redefining title search from a manual, fragmented process into a fast, scalable, and highly accurate system of record.

We work with leading title agencies, lenders, and real estate operators across the country, supporting both residential and commercial transactions.

• Assist with due diligence for commercial and residential transactions
