Responsibilities
• Draft motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy, draft motions, and provide accurate, well-reasoned recommendations to senior attorneys
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
• Opportunities will be available to attend hearings and be part of a litigation team

Requirements
• JD from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of Texas
• 1+ years’ experience practicing law
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High level, sophisticated writing samples will be required

Nice-to-haves
• Federal Court Experience strongly preferred
• Law Journal experience preferred
