Role Description
This is a remote "create your own hours" role for a Legal Recruiter. The Legal Recruiter will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with hiring top-tier legal talent, legal recruiting, staffing services, and recruiting. Hired candidate will source candidates and apply such candidates to our firm clients, and help with the scheduling and interview process through job offer and negotiation. Must be a people-person. We are a close knit team of legal recruiters passionate about helping attorneys in their job search.
Qualifications
Β Must have either experience as an attorney in a law firm setting or a law firm recruiting department
Β Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Β Must have a passion for helping others, and feel comfortable with sourcing for candidates and jobs
Β Experience in the legal industry and knowledge of various practice areas
Β JD degree from a reputable law school required
Pay - Commission Based
This role is a fully commission based position. Please only apply if you are open to a commission based pay arrangement based on placements. This is a part-time legal recruiting consultant independent contractor role, which allows you to create your own hours and work at your own pace! Expected pay highly dependent on number of hours worked and placements made.
