• *About The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Agency Recruiter to join our dynamic team remotely from anywhere within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development within the legal industry, utilizing your expertise in full-desk recruiting to source, evaluate, and place top talent. You will manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in staffing agency environments, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of service and integrity. • *Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2+ years of staffing agency experience, demonstrating proficiency in full-desk recruiting, client development, and candidate placement. You should have a strong understanding of pipeline development, relationship management, and strategic prospecting, with a history of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce is preferred. Candidates with industry-specific recruiting experience in legal or similar fields will have an advantage. A demonstrated ability to analyze revenue and performance metrics, manage gross profit, and utilize data for strategic decision-making is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
• *Responsibilities
• Utilize your sales expertise to identify and secure new clients within the legal industry, building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success.
• Leverage our advanced tech stack, including the custom-built ATS, Jax, to source, screen, and evaluate candidates that match client needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to placement, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and clients, fostering ongoing engagement and loyalty.
• Strategically prioritize outreach efforts, expand existing accounts, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Meet or exceed placement and revenue targets, tracking key performance indicators and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
