Manage all legal operations and contract management processes for the company.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.
Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other third parties.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and legal documents.
Collaborate with legal team and other departments to address any legal issues or concerns.
Monitor and track contract deadlines and ensure timely execution.
Conduct legal research and provide recommendations to improve contract management processes.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding legal matters and contracts.
Implement and maintain a contract management system to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Identify and mitigate any potential risks or legal issues related to contracts.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legal regulations to ensure compliance.
Train and educate team members on legal processes and contract management best practices.
Continuously improve and streamline legal operations processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Represent the company in legal matters and maintain a professional and ethical approach at all times.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
