Legal Counsel
We are looking for an experienced lawyer with fluent English who will analyze large amounts of information and provide legal support for the company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
ā¢ Drafting and legal review of contracts, addenda with counterparties, employment agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents
ā¢ Verifying that draft contracts and other documents provided by counterparties comply with applicable legislation
ā¢ Providing legal support for the conclusion, performance, and termination of contracts
ā¢ Developing internal contract templates (standard forms)
ā¢ Preparing user agreements and offer agreements for software, applications, and services developed within the company
ā¢ Overseeing the operational activities of the group of companies
ā¢ Drafting, reviewing, and approving contracts and other documentation for new business ideas
ā¢ Collaborating with business and product teams to better understand key business objectives and help them develop compelling product and solution offerings
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
ā¢ Higher legal education (law degree)
ā¢ At least 3 years of legal practice, with a focus on corporate law
ā¢ At least 1 year of legal practice in an IT company
ā¢ English at Advanced level or higher (language proficiency certificates are a plus)
ā¢ Energy, experience working in a multitasking environment, flexibility, structured thinking, and attention to details
