About the position

Chobani is seeking a proactive and organized Legal Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the in-house Legal Department. This role involves managing legal documents, contracts, and data analytics, while also responding to business requests related to legal inquiries. The Legal Coordinator will play a critical role in project management and process improvement within the Legal Department.

Responsibilities
Ā• Manage and maintain Chobani's contract management system, including data entry and reporting.

Ā• Review commercial contracts and distill key data for the contract management system.
,
Ā• Manage reporting processes for contract expirations and renewals.
,
Ā• Serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and other departments.
,
Ā• Educate the business on contract management matters and provide training on the contract management system.
,
Ā• Assist with process improvement projects to enhance efficiency in the Legal Department.
,
Ā• Manage electronic signature processes and contract workflows.

Requirements
Ā• College degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
,
Ā• Experience with legal agreements, contractual terms, and contracting processes.
,
Ā• Technology-savvy with experience in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ā• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
,
Ā• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with strong follow-through skills.

Ā• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.

Ā• Practical, business-oriented problem-solving skills.
