I am seeking a Florida-licensed attorney to review contracts with a specific focus on Hillsborough County (13th Judicial Circuit) standards.
The primary goal is to ensure all agreements are enforceable under Florida law and properly localized. Key focus areas include:
ā¢ Venue & Jurisdiction: Confirming all disputes are tied to Hillsborough County, FL.
ā¢ Florida Statutes: Ensuring compliance with state-specific consumer and commercial laws.
ā¢ Risk Mitigation: Reviewing indemnity, attorney fee provisions, and liquidated damages.
Requirements:
ā¢ Must be an active member of the Florida Bar OR be familiar with the contractual legal structure.
ā¢ Proven experience with contract litigation or drafting within the Tampa Bay area.
ā¢ Ability to provide clear redlines and a brief executive summary of risks.
