Legal Billing Analyst
A company is looking for a Legal Billing Associate to support the Finance and Loan operations team by managing legal invoices and ensuring compliance with billing guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and process legal invoices promptly while ensuring compliance with billing standards
ā¢ Identify billing discrepancies and enhance visibility of legal expenditures through reporting
ā¢ Build strong relationships with internal teams and external law firms while contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Law degree preferred, or a degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
ā¢ Experience in legal billing processes within a law firm or business setting
ā¢ Proficient in legal accounts payable functions including invoice management and compliance
ā¢ Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is mandatory
