An established insurance defense law firm is hiring a Legal Assistant in Miami, 33156. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid schedule and full benefits. Over 30 attorneys with multiple locations throughout Florida. About the position: A friendly easy-going office environment offering a hybrid work schedule. The Legal Assistant will assist a group of Litigation Attorneys and Paralegals with all duties related to the case such as E-Filing in both state and federal court. Scheduling hearings, mediations and depos. Calendering important court dates and reminders as well as general support as needed.
