What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal, technical, and administrative support to the Chief and Deputy Legal Officers
- Monitor and update legal cases, ensuring deadlines are met
- Draft, proofread, and transmit legal documents and correspondence
- Support public records requests and assist in compliance with retention requirements
- Analyze data to improve workflow processes within the Office of Legal Affairs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in a legal environment OR
- One year as a Legal Assistant 2 OR
- A two-year degree in Legal Secretary Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field plus two years of legal office experience OR
- A combination of five years of college education and/or relevant experience
- Strong skills in technology for drafting and communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with administrative or civil litigation
- Experience responding to public records requests
- Experience providing legal support in a governmental setting
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining communication
