Legal and Vendor Risk Management Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing legal and vendor risks to protect the interests of our company. Conduct thorough assessments of legal and vendor risks to identify potential areas of concern. Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to mitigate potential risks. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to legal and vendor risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all legal and vendor risks are identified and addressed. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather necessary information and provide updates on risk management efforts.Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns in legal and vendor risk management. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvements. Conduct trainings and workshops for employees to increase awareness and understanding of legal and vendor risk management. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and legal partners to ensure effective risk management. Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on the status of legal and vendor risk management efforts.Identify and report any potential legal and vendor risks to senior management in a timely manner. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all legal and vendor risk management activities. Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to legal and vendor risk management as needed. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the legal and vendor risk management process.
