Legal AI Evaluator
We are hiring highly experienced US legal professionals (20+ years of practice) to support a cutting-edge AI initiative in collaboration with Google Gemini.
This role focuses on evaluating and improving AI-generated legal outputs to ensure alignment with real-world legal standards, reasoning, and professional expectations.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
ā¢ Assess legal reasoning, statutory interpretation, and case law application (US jurisdiction)
ā¢ Identify factual inaccuracies, ambiguities, and gaps in logic
ā¢ Contribute to the development and refinement of legal evaluation frameworks
ā¢ Provide insights to improve AI model performance and output quality
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, research, and engineering
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Minimum 5+ years of legal practice experience (US law)
ā¢ JD / LLM / equivalent legal qualification
ā¢ Bar admission in good standing (preferred)
ā¢ Experience in roles such as:
ā¢ General Counsel
ā¢ Law Firm Partner (Big Law preferred)
ā¢ Senior Litigator
ā¢ Chief Legal Officer / In-House Counsel
Core Expertise
ā¢ Legal research and analysis
ā¢ Litigation / dispute resolution
ā¢ Contract drafting and negotiation
ā¢ Regulatory and compliance matters
ā¢ Corporate / commercial law
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Experience with legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
ā¢ Familiarity with legal technology and AI-assisted workflows
ā¢ Strong understanding of legal ethics, data privacy, and compliance
