Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to oversee and manage all legal matters for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UK law and Pakistan law, and will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and implementing various legal documents, ensuring full compliance across departments. Key Responsibilities • Handle and resolve customer-related legal matters as per UK law. • Review, apply, and implement Employment Laws applicable in both UK and Pakistan. • Manage and advise on all legal matters concerning the company, including contracts, policies, disputes, and regulatory requirements. • Provide legal support to Customer Care and HR departments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. • Stay updated on relevant legislation and advise management on potential risks or required policy updates. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM). • Strong knowledge of UK law and Pakistan law (must). • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal advisory roles. • Experience handling employment law, contract law, and customer-related legal matters. • Excellent communication and drafting skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
