Leasing Agent (Remote β Oxford, MS Based) Overview Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking an experienced, Leasing Agent to oversee a portfolio of 500+ residential properties under third-party management. This role requires someone who is highly responsible, organized, and capable of managing their workload independently in a remote environment. This is a true property management role , encompassing leasing, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and ongoing property maintenance oversight. Key Responsibilities β’ Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential properties β’ Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs β’ Manage vendor relationships, scheduling, and follow-up β’ Assist with leasing activities, including showings, applications, approvals, and move-ins β’ Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants regarding property-related needs β’ Ensure properties remain compliant with Mississippi regulations and licensing requirements β’ Maintain accurate records and documentation β’ Proactively identify issues and resolve them efficiently β’ Operate independently with minimal oversight Requirements β’ Active Mississippi real estate or property management license (required) β’ Experience in property management and/or leasing β’ Strong understanding of maintenance coordination and vendor management β’ Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio effectively β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills β’ Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working remotely β’ Must be dependable and capable of managing responsibilities without constant supervision Compensation: $60,000β$70,000 base salary Benefits: β’ Health insurance allowance β’ Cell phone allowance β’ Generous PTO: approximately 20β30 paid days off annually β’ Slower workload during holidays β’ Long-term, stable opportunity Apply tot his job
