Learning Experience Designer - eLearning, Instructional Design

Our B2B SaaS client is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to support their team for 12 months, 40 hours/week, fully remote! Preference to candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area to come onsite as needed to help facilitate training sessions or candidates who can work PST hours. To be considered for this role, your portfolio must show examples of e-Learning and/or ILT training. The Ideal Learning Experience Designer Should Have • Minimum 10+ years related experience preferred • Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems. • Previous experience with training related applications, such as Keynote, Rise, Vyond, InDesign, Illustrator, Camtasia, Screenflow, Zoom etc. • Experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools and modalities into instructional design Responsibilities • Develop and manage plans and timelines for content creation and review. • Create instructional outlines and identify appropriate reviewers. • Reconcile new content against existing training products to ensure consistency. • Collaborate across curriculum teams to define measurement strategies for content effectiveness. • Enable facilitators by developing facilitation guides and resources. • Ensure learning content structure, sequence, and modality are cohesive and support an engaging, learner-centric experience. • Organize and manage content within development hubs, coordinating across stakeholders. • Facilitate trainings with strong confidence in Zoom and leverage its capabilities to deliver engaging sessions.
