- Design and create learning technology solutions for UNFI
- Administer daily operations of learning technology solutions
- Develop strong working relationships with business leaders
- Execute application functionality testing and pilots for compliance training
- Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent working experience
- 4+ years of experience in human resources, learning and development, or talent management
- Experience with enterprise learning technology systems and applications
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior administration experience of an enterprise learning management system (LMS)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with innovative learning technologies
